Meet Our Team

A Reliable Bookkeeping Service is a full service Bookkeeping company located in the City of Campbell, heart of Silicon Valley.  We serve the cities of Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, Santa Clara and San Jose.  All our bookkeepers are Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors, with many years of experience working with several versions of QuickBooks.  Our bookkeepers are listed and can be found on Intuit’s Pro Advisor website.

Meet Our Staff:

Debbie P. Marino    

Debbie has been working with QuickBooks since 1991.  Debbie established the company in 2005 to specialize and assist small to medium businesses and individuals in the use of the QuickBooks accounting program exclusively.  Debbie holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.  She provides a wide variety of client services including Business start-up and organization, weekly, monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, and QuickBooks consulting.  In her spare time she is an avid water skier and loves to travel.

Diana O’Halloran     

Diana joined the company in 2009.  Diana obtained her accounting certificate from West Valley College and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.  She provides a wide variety of client services including weekly, monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, along with QuickBooks consulting.  In her spare time she enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.
